Sketch for floating figures above traffic intersection between Utrecht and Amsterdam

These series of photographs investigate kinds of behavior in private and public spaces. The first series was made of 68 people who participated after being requested to pose in their favorite position to watch television. People seem to wear different (comfortable) clothes when they watch television, and have a fixed position they like.


  
A second series of photographs are made of passengers at Schiphol Airport checking the time of departure. These moments seem to last longer then necessary and a kind of mental departure takes place.
