There is a crowd that moves around the Domtower in Utrecht. There is a man who is doubting to commit suicide and jump of the tower. The video records the people watching up, discussing and betting whether he'll jump and installing themselves with camping seats and crates of beer. The man on the tower is not visible in the video only the crowd observing him.
